Make a shiftwindow rule to automatically set FFXIV fullscreen after 0s and save. (mine is saved on desktop)

Make a text file and save it as a batch file (.bat)

Just click the batch file to open FFXIV fullscreen. Note that the initial patch check window will go fullscreen too since it has the same title, but not the login window.

Contents of batch file:

cd C:\Users\Lock\Desktop
start /min FFXIV.swr
cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XIV"
start ffxivboot.exe
